BillGO is looking for a highly self-motivated individual with a passion for supporting the day to day business and who can work in a fast growth environment.  The Administrative Assistant will support the Engineering leadership and team with scheduling, calendar management, travel, etc. and will also assist with the company as a whole with overall admin duties such as supplies, meals, etc.  Key factors for this position are not only a support aptitude, but also being a resourceful problem solver, continuous learner, and great collaborator with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have a high attention to detail. Candidates must be adept, proficient and dependable.


  • 2-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, travel scheduling, and Google

  • Experience with overall office duties, scheduling, travel coordination

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities and attention to all the details

Recommended but not required:

  • Experience in payments a plus

  • Experience with scaling a hypergrowth company
