BillGO is looking for a highly self-motivated individual with a passion for Marketing and who can work in a fast growth environment. The VP/Director of Marketing will develop and implement a marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR. This role will work closely with the company’s sales, engineering and product teams; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with the materials and presentations needed. Key factors for this position are not only a support aptitude, but also being a resourceful problem solver, continuous learner, and great collaborator with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have a high attention to detail.
Bachelors degree in Marketing
Develop and implement a marketing strategy including campaigns, social media, events, digital marketing and PR campaigns tied to the strategy and overall goals of the strategy.
Develop and manage marketing budgets
Work with Sales, Product and Engineering on crafting presentations to be shared with current and potential clients
Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts
Work with sales teams on sales initiatives
Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review
Excellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
General “good taste,” including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication
Recommended but not required:
Experience with payments
Experience with scaling a hypergrowth company
