This is a full-time position working Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

The Payment Automation Specialist will find, resolve, and escalate payment issues using proprietary technology that our team built. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage their workload involving a steady stream of issues that need consistent, accurate, and timely resolutions. This role will involve monitoring the automated system processes to ensure accuracy and assisting developers in automating key components of our payment system.

  • Must have strong technical fluency but no software development experience is required

  • Local or willing to relocate to Redmond, WA

Recommended but not required:

  • Associate’s degree or higher

  • Knowledge of FinTech and Payments systems

  • Experience working with helpdesk tools (i.e. ManageEngine, Zoho, Zendesk, Jira)
